We all know what we need to live happy, healthy lives. But transforming this knowledge to action requires work.
Building lasting habits happens one small step at a time towards a clear goal. When we slow down for a moment, a suitable goal is easier to find.

This program is based on Brain Based Coaching, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and personal experience in maintaining habits with varying success through many job and role changes, a period of chronic stress, having two kids and starting as an entrepreneur and psychology studies at the same time.
